Canadian American Business Council (CABC)
The Canadian American Business Council (CABC) is a Canadian American
business community organization based in Washington. Established
in 1987, the Council is a non-profit, issues-oriented organization
dedicated to elevating the private sector perspective on issues
that affect the two nations. The Council's activities include high-level
briefings on issues of current concern, assistance with practical
trade and policy challenges, and providing significant networking
opportunities and informative seminars.

Help
Desk Institute (HDI)
Help Desk Institute (HDI) is the world's largest membership association
for the service and support industry. Founded in 1989, HDI's mission
is to: lead and promote the customer service and technical support
industry by empowering its members through access to timely and
valuable industry information, including reports and publications;
encourage member collaboration through events and online forums;
and establish internationally recognized, standards-based industry
certification and training programs. HDI has more than 7,500 members
worldwide (including 90% of the Fortune 500) and more than 50 active
U.S. and Canadian local chapters.

Industry
Advisory Council (IAC)
The Industry Advisory Council (IAC) is a broadly based organization
of information technology (IT) professionals representing more than
270 hardware and software providers, systems integrators, and telecommunications
and professional services companies nationwide that provide products
and services to the government. As part of the
American Council for Technology (ACT), the IAC provides a direct
link to Federal government IT executives.

Information
Technology Service Management Forum
The Information Technology Service Management Forum (Canada), or
itSMF Canada, is a non-profit organization affiliated with itSMF
International. It has been established as a forum for Information
Technology professionals to explore all means available to improve
the quality of IT services to their respective customers. The goal
of itSMF is to provide members with a forum for exchanging views,
sharing experiences, and participating in the continuous development
of best practices and standards.
