ISO 9001:2000

In October 2000, Provance made a commitment to the ISO 9001 framework for quality management and quality assurance as part of its initial strategic plan. Why? The rationale was simple - a process-oriented company delivers better products and services to its customers, is better prepared for rapid but sustainable growth, and is more profitable.

This commitment to quality is something our customers have come to rely and depend on. After all, their contracts have very specific performance metrics by which their service is measured. Not performing to those metrics not only results in poor customer satisfaction, it often carries heavy financial penalties.

Three years later we met the meticulous standard and requirements of the latest ISO 9001:2000 quality program. This achievement represents continued commitment to manufacturing excellence and ongoing development in quality management.

Having ISO 9001:2000-driven processes helps us do things right the first time with client validation throughout the entire life cycle.

About ISO

ISO 9000 is a series of generic International Standards for quality assurance and management that were first published in 1987 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and are recognized around the world.

Organizations that wish to become registered to ISO Standards must submit to a comprehensive review of their procedures and processes by an accredited independent organization.
