Provance IT Asset Management provides you with a services pricing framework that gives you the flexibility to specify a dollar amount – at any level of pricing granularity – for each asset, asset grouping (“IT Seat”) and service level combination. You can establish a dynamic pricing model that is calculated based on variations in service levels over the billing period – you calculate the charge for an asset by adding the base price for the asset type and any increased or decreased costs for associated service levels as they are upgraded or downgraded over the billing period.
