Category Detail Page Showing Liquid Error

When Setting up knowledge management on the portal and are not able to drill on a category please review the steps to resolve

Symptoms you may be experiencing will include after selecting a category from the ITSM Portal, you will see this page

 

Steps to Resolve

  1. Navigate to Portals > Web Templates
  2. Select the Web Template Layout 1 Column
  3. In the Source Delete the Current Contents
  4. Add the following Code

      {% endblock %}
     </div>
     <div class="row">

       {% endblock %}
      </div>
     </div>
    </div>

  5. Refresh the page and re test.

You can now see that the category – details are now showing as they should.

This has been identified and the fix will be available in the next ITSM GA Release.
