Problems with Resolving Problems?

In version there is a bug in the code set when attempting to cascade problem metadata to the related Incident Records. If you are seeing this error please continue reading for workaround


  1. Navigate to Settings > Customizations
  2. Select Customize the System
  3. Select the SDK Processing Steps node
  4. Select the Filter and apply a custom filter on the Name column
  5. Set up the Filter as below

  6. Select the Step and select Deactivate

This has been identified and the fix will be available in the next ITSM GA Release.
