About the role:

Your primary responsibility will be to work on projects to successfully configure and implement Provance’s flagship product ServiceTeam, built in Microsoft Power Platform, to meet client specific requirements for IT Service and Asset Management. You are an excellent listener and communicator and will be responsible for the project from Kick-Off to Go-Live. This includes leading requirement gathering sessions, identifying and documenting client’s needs, and ensuring continuity and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

This a technical role, where you are the expert and have the ability to translate technical requirements to customers desired ITSM/ITAM business value and helping us drive our customer success in international markets.

Our ideal candidate brings a passion for technology, technical acumen related to Microsoft cloud solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure), positive enthusiasm, refined communication skills, and a hunger to achieve more. You have at least 3 years of similar experience, working in a collaborative team environment, engaging directly with customers in a business-to-business technical role.


  • 3+ years Dynamics 365 or Power Apps technical implementation experience working directly with clients; leading requirement gathering sessions, advising on how best to implement the application(s), translating needs and requirements into how best to configure the application(s), ensuring traceability and continuity throughout the project
  • Ability to translate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience to configuring and customizing Provance ServiceTeam that is built in Power Platform – understanding the Dataverse, configuring forms, fields, cloud flows to automate processes, building or modifying Power BI reports
  • Success working with customers/stakeholders in presales or consulting engagements
  • Experience working with or for Managed Service Providers is a plus

Desired understanding:

  • IT Service Management; ITIL; IT Asset Management; Enterprise Service Management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s ecosystem of Cloud solutions
  • Managed Service Provider requirements and the applications in this vertical

Position Qualifications and Personal Traits:

  • 3+ years of IT software solutions consulting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teams, Power Platform
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITIL and IT operations
  • Experience in configuration and implementation of business applications
  • Experience consulting with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is desirable
  • A positive and professional attitude combined with a solid work ethic
  • Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated passion for delivering customer value and bringing innovative technical solution ideas to customer problems
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills working in collaborative internal and external team environments
  • Computer Science degree
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
