If the user fills out a form on our website, the information will be stored in our CRM system, as well as some amount of past browsing on our site may be available to us to determine your interest level. We may use this information to more effectively engage with the user and improve our website. However, if you use the private browsing function as described below, the user may provide us their information without making their past browsing activity available to us. If the user does not wish for us to have their personal information, please do not fill out any of the web forms on this website, or sign up for any events, such as webcasts.

If the user provides an email address and consent for email marketing, some information is collected about when/if the email is opened and what links were clicked. As mentioned above, certain areas of this Website will require entry by the User of certain personal information. Provance Technologies requires that the actual User input such information and that such information be the most recent available. In addition, the User may request that Provance Technologies modify or delete User’s registered information by sending an email to info@provance.com with the words “UPDATE USER INFORMATION” or “DELETE USER INFORMATION” in the subject line.

Data Collection Technology

Our prospect and customer account information and information collected via our website is stored and processed in the US. We rely on several software products, which have a certified adherence to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States.

How Long We Retain Your Personal Information

We retain your personal information for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
