Development Manager – Product Engineering

Location: Canada (Ottawa preferred) • Fulltime

We’re looking for a hands-on, forward thinking Development Manager to lead Engineering and QA for our ITSM/ITAM product suite, ServiceTeam—built on the Microsoft Power Platform and rapidly evolving with advanced AI. You’ll guide a talented team, set the technical direction, and drive high-quality products utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub, automation, and AI-powered development practices. 

In this role, you’ll also shape the next generation of our product, using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services to build intelligent features that enhance service workflows, boost IT agent productivity, and bring real innovation to IT Service and Asset Management.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead and mentor engineering and QA teams; strengthen delivery practices. 

• Drive architecture, technical direction, and roadmap execution. 

• Improve ALM, CI/CD, automation, and engineering predictability. 

• Build scalable quality systems and modern release processes. 

• Deliver AI-powered product capabilities using Copilot Studio and Azure AI. 

What You Bring 

• Experience leading software engineering teams with strong delivery ownership. 

• A track record of improving engineering processes, productivity, and quality 

• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform and ALM practices. 

• Background in CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud development workflows. 

• Strong communicator who can align teams and stakeholders 

Bonus Points 

• Experience with ITSM/ITIL, service desk operations, or IT asset management. 

• Familiarity with IT operations, security, or monitoring tools.
