Provance® announced today that Provance IT Service Management, which is powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, is available via Microsoft’s new Canadian datacentres located in Ontario and Quebec. With the recent opening of datacentres in Toronto and Quebec City, Microsoft now offers the most complete cloud, featuring the same industry levels of security, privacy, control, compliance and transparency that define the trusted Microsoft cloud globally. Canadian companies will also gain the benefits of data residency in Canada.
