Provance Release 3.7 introduces automated end-to-end business process management, including Web-based workflow for user change requisitioning, approvals, and status tracking.

  Include manual participation in the execution of the workflow and require users to provide acceptance or populate data fields. This feature provides a single point for collecting and displaying data and recording an audit trail of updates. Easily 'push' the item to the appropriate user. Enjoy real-time updates.
  
  
• Automated participation
  Include automated participation in the execution of the workflow, update repository data, execute an external application, and export data to another application for processing. This provides a single point for triggering data updates both within and external to Provance, so no manual transfer of data is required.
